One dark and stormy day while sitting in a bar telling fishing stories and craving good barbecue, it was decided that Key West needed a place for people with a love of fishing, drinking, and great food to relax and swap stories. The Salty Angler was born!!! And behold, three wise liquor distributors came to visit and brought with them Goldschläger, Frangelico, and Myrrh (we threw the myrrh away.) Since that day people from all over have followed the smell of hickory smoked meats to come and share fishing stories while enjoying a Salty Rum Runner.
